Employee From Rotiboy’s HQ Tested Positive For COVID-19, Causes All Rotiboy Outlets In Malaysia To Close

According to an official statement released on Rotiboy’s Facebook social media platform, they have announced that all Rotiboy outlets that existed in Malaysia will be closed from the 18th of October 2020 and it will last for at least two days. This is all because of the case relating to an employee from headquarters has tested positive for COVID-19.

The particular employee that has been tested positive for COVID-19 was not reported to work since the 9th of October 2020 and the employee also is undergoing treatment in a certain government hospital. The employee is actually originated from the Rawang HQ and was tested positive on the 17th of October 2020.

In agreement with the Ministry of Health’s guidelines to be used during this COVID-19 pandemic period, the Rawang HQ office has decided to be closed for deep cleaning, disinfection, and also sanitization activities so that the particular place could be free from any other infection.

Other than that, swab testing and also quarantine will also be carried out towards all the close contacts and also all the co-workers of the particular infected employee.
