(Video) After 3 Days in Hospital Due to COVID-19, Donald Trump Returns to White House

After 72 hours in the hospital for positive COVID-19 confirmation, US President Donald Trump returned to work at the White House on Monday.

Three days in Walter Reed National Military Medical Center to treat COVID-19 symptoms, Trump on Monday disembarked from a Marine One helicopter just before 7 p.m. and walked up the southern portico stairs.

He then uploaded a video on his official Twitter page offered some advice regarding the virus which has killed many Americans.

“Don’t let it dominate you. Don’t be afraid of it. You’re gonna beat it. We have the best medical equipment. We have the best medicines, all developed recently,” said the US President.

“We’re going back. We’re going back to work. We’re gonna be out front. As your leader, I had to do that. I knew there’s a danger to it but I had to do it. I stood out front. I led. Nobody that’s a leader would do what I did. I know there’s a risk there’s a danger. That’s OK. And now I’m better, and maybe I’m immune? I don’t know. But don’t let it dominate your lives. Get out there, be careful.,” he added.

The virus has killed more than 1 million people worldwide and more than 209,000 in the United States making it the country with the highest number of deaths compared to other countries.

According to The Jakarta Post, Trump’s medical team said that the 74 years old man has not had a fever in more than 72 hours and his oxygen levels are normal.

The team also added that Trump has received extra oxygen twice in the last few days.

“He may not entirely be out of the woods yet,” said the White House physician, Dr. Sean. P. Conley.

“If we can get through to Monday with him remaining the same or improving, better yet, then we will all take that final, deep sigh of relief,” added Conley.

However, Conley said the medical team believed Trump was ready to leave the hospital, stating that the US President would receive world-class medical treatment at the White House.
