5 Malls In Malaysia With Colorful And Mesmerizing Decorations For 2020 Deepavali Celebration

Deepavali is the Indian festival of lights, celebrated during the Hindu Lunisolar month Kartika. It is one of the most popular festivals of Hinduism. Deepavali also symbolizes the spiritual “victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance”. These malls in Malaysia are getting ready for Deepavali with colorful decorations.

1) Alamanda Shopping Centre, Putrajaya

This particular mall has decoration of Deepavali with a very detailed card-like design for the “kolam” wishing all of their mall visitors a happy celebration for Deepavali.

2) Central i-City, Selangor

This mall that is located in Shah Alam has a lot of elephants and flowers decoration for Deepavali.

3) Gurney Plaza, Penang

This specific mall really lights it up with their Deepavali decorations. It has all the beautifully lit, layered “kolam” with a huge gold lotus flower in the middle that really accentuate the beauty.

4) Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur

This mall have a really huge statement for Deepavali celebration with its complete structure of the biggest peacock we’ve ever seen and also a beautiful flower “kolam”.

5) The Gardens Mall, Kuala Lumpur

The mall Deepavali’s decoration is fully set with traditional musical instruments used as the centerpiece of its one of a kind beautifully set “kolam” that consists of various different Indian dancers.
