  • Repeat.

Facial Exercises to Tone and Slim Face

  • Sit or stand comfortably in an upright body position.
  • Open your mouth and insert a clean finger into your mouth.
  • Place your fingers on the right and left sides of your mouth.
  • Then, rotate the fingers to form a circle to relax the facial and cheek muscles.
  • Do 2 rounds and remove the finger.
  • Repeat.

You should do both of these simple exercises on a regular basis to give the desired effect. In addition, you should also control your weight so that the fat on the face also disappears naturally. Good luck!
