The Twitter user under the name @paranoda recently shared a heart-aching video of a woman who lost her partner from depression, which led him to commit suicide. For those who do not know, the video was from a TikTok user, @laurenashleystudios, who is the founder of wedding photography and videography studio whose clients are in need of professionals, beautifully-taken photos of their wedding so they could cherish it for a long time.
Depression is not about always feeling sad. Sometimes you cant even see it. pic.twitter.com/cIjRpSnrSx

In the Tiktok video, Lauren tells her story that her partner was an alcoholic that struggled with depression.
When she thought he was happy with everything that they had, he relapsed and started to be depressed, losing interest in things he used to love.
Slowly, he went back to his old self, and later, he decided on his own ending.
Lauren urged the people to stay by the side of people they love so that they could make their days worthwhile, even if their efforts come to a devastating outcome.
The efforts we put in our loved ones will never be vain, because even in death, we all know that they had a reason to smile with you around, despite the fact that they might be feeling things that we could never grasp the whole idea of.
Depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think, and how you act.
Depression causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed. It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease your ability to function at work and at home.
It can be treated of course, but sometimes, it couldn’t.
On that note, we should never leave the people we love behind, just because we think that they’re being emotional or unreasonable – depression is an actual disability, and it can be fatal.
We must help each other out and make other people’s lives just a little worth living.
