For those of you who do not follow this animation, Mail is often considered as an only child because he always helps his mother do business alone without the help of other siblings.
The 41-second video caught the attention of many, especially fans, when Mail introduced his brother, Izham, when his friends came to him while doing business in the market. However, according to the website Upin Dan Ipin Fandom, Mail is actually stated to have a brother, but this may be the first time he made a direct appearance in the animation.
Not only did he show up with his brother all of a sudden, Mail in this episode also sells seaweed crackers, in contrast to his usual when he only sells fried chicken.
