Live broadcast from Putrajaya, the launch of the National Covid-19 Immunization Program. Recently, Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin finished receiving Pfizer vaccine injections.
Now, it is the turn of the national ‘hero’ that is the Director of Health, YB Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah to receive the Covid-19 vaccine.
He was the third person to receive the vaccine after the Prime Minister and a front-line clerk, Clement a/l Marai Francis. They are advised to rest for 30 minutes after receiving the injection.
The implementation of the three-phase program which started two days compared to the original schedule on Feb 26 (Friday) will see more than 500,000 frontline members receive the vaccine for this first phase which will last until next April.
