myBurgerLab Sponsors Customers’ Swab Test Bill To Those Who Dined-In From 15-21 Feb 2021

The infection of COVID-19 is something that beyond people’s power to stop from spreading even though the SOPs given by the government are followed diligently. This is what happened at a particular eatery named myBurgerLab, which unfortunately has shared that there are two positive cases at their Bangsar branch recently. Nevertheless, the eatery has been completely honest about the situation with its customers and has taken responsibility for it.

Through its official Facebook page, the Bangsar branch is now temporarily closed with the team members are placed under self-isolation within their respective locations. There are two cases got detected there and from the two cases, only one member was working at the branch from the 15th to 21st February and the other one might have contracted the virus from a different area altogether as he was only at the premises on the 5th of February.

Hey everyone,
It’s me, Renyi again. I hope your evening is going on fine.
With a heavy heart, I am dutifully reporting…

According to the statement, myBurgerLab has generously offered to refund the customers’ payment if they go for the swab test by saying,

“If you have dined in with us last week(15th-21st Feb) at our Bangsar outlet, and if you are worried, please get yourself checked and then send the bill to us, I will personally refund your Covid test. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused”.

With this help from myBurgerLab, hopefully, the respective customers could immediately take the swab test and informed the eatery about it. By doing it promptly, the infection of COVID-19 to other places could be avoided. Congratulations also towards the eatery for being honest with their status and has taken accountability for the situation.
