Driver Arrested After Using A Phone And Making A Cup of Tea While Driving

A car driver in England was arrested for preparing a cup of tea while driving. Not only that, the driver was also seen using a mobile phone.

Initially, traffic policemen tracked down the driver who was on the M62 highway using a mobile phone.

After intercepting and stopping the car, the policeman on duty was shocked to see that the driver was actually halfway through making a cup of tea.

A silver kettle was seen in the passenger seat and they even saw a spill of milk on the floor of the car.

The incident was shared on North West Motorway Police’s Twitter page.

“We couldn’t believe this one! #MC21 stopped a vehicle on M62 for the driver using their mobile phone whilst driving.

“When he stopped the car, he noticed the driver was also in the process of making a cup of tea,” they wrote.

The tweet also stated that a traffic offense report had been issued against the driver.
