Mount Everest is actually Earth’s highest mountain above sea level and is located in the Mahalangur Himal sub-range of the Himalayas. The China–Nepal border runs across its summit point. There is one particular area at Mount Everest that is known as Rainbow Valley. This area indeed does not have any correlation with rainbows even though it was named Rainbow Valley. It is actually named after the multicolored down jackets and climbing gear attached to the numerous corpses littered along the hillside. This particular area of this valley lies above the altitude of 8000m. It is a site that is stretched with dead bodies of unsuccessful climbers. Until now, there are numerous body remains in the stretch of Rainbow Valley. There are thought to be over 200 bodies left on Mount Everest. No one is sure how many or exactly where many are because of the horrific and unrelenting conditions. That means two-thirds of the people that died on Everest are still there.
