The actual story of Nobita was the real story of a Japanese boy who suffered from Schizophrenia disease. Schizophrenia is actually a severe mental disorder that affects how a person thinks, behaves, and also feels. This disorder makes a person that they were not in the real world which means they are living in a separate world. This is so heartbreaking.

As Nobita had suffered from this disorder, he does not interact with people. He had been bullied in school for his mental disorder which make him more lonely. Then he started to imagine a character that is none other than Doraemon. In his own imagination, Doraemon would never let him alone, never made him sad. Doraemon has been always providing gadgets to Nobita which are always portrayed in all of the Doraemon series.

But all these are only Nobita’s mind illusion which is not real. After some days, Nobita went for medical counseling. The counselors told that there is no such thing as Doraemon, which is a pure illusion created by the mind of Nobita.

After hearing this, Nobita again felt sad and lonely which make him depressed more. At the age of 16, Nobita shot himself and died. Then after hearing this deep sad story of Nobita, Fujiko write a story and created anime manga series as a tribute to Nobita.
