Michelle Yeoh & Pete Davidson Stars In Upcoming Transformers 7 Film

Michelle Yeoh and Pete Davidson has joined the cast of the upcoming Transformer 7 movie titled Transformers: Rise Of The Beast. The film will release on June 9, 2023.

The initial release date for the film was supposedly on June this year but was pushed back to next year.

The film will be a sequel to the 2018 Bumblebee film. Transformers 7 will take place in 1994 in New York City, while Bumblebee is set in the 1980s.

Not only that, the Autobots will have a retro look to them. They will be similar to the Generation 1 Autobots.

Fans manage to get a glimpse of Optimus’s new look at Bumblebee’s climax, but the model seen in the newly released set footage has a few minor changes, most notably the lack of silver striping down the front.

Steven Caple Jr., director of the film, announced the two new cast members for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts on his Instagram.

The filmmaker announced the casting of Michelle Yeoh (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) as Maximal Airazor and Pete Davidson (The Suicide Squad) as Autobot Mirage in an in-booth recording video. Check the video below:

Steve Caple Jr. wrote in the caption “Pete Davidson in disguise.”

“@transformersmovie cast is amazing, man. Sneak peek of Pete voicing Mirage & @michelleyeoh_official blessing us as the voice of Air Razor”

Furthermore, Transformers: Rise Of The Beast will introduce the Maximals, Predacons and Terrorcons. They are a faction of robots that exists in the Transformers universe. They will join the ongoing fight between the Autobots and Decepticons.
