This Is Your Time To Vote With These Discounted Flight Fares!

The General Election (GE) is just around the corner and some of you may need to travel back home to cast your vote. This could mean that you will need to fly to go home.

Not to worry, if you are far away from home and need to take a flight to vote, this is your chance to buy the tickets.

Malaysia Airlines is offering a 20% discount on all flight fares to help voters get back to their hometown. This is following the 15th GE announcement.

You can book your tickets from now until 19 Nov! The flight will only be available for domestic destinations. The 20% discount is available for Lite, Basic and Flex for Economy Class, and Basic and Flex for Business Class.

Interestingly, Malaysia Airlines is not the only flight carrier to offer discounted flights. Firefly Airlines is also offering discounts for votes to go back home.

They are offering discounts of up to 24% on their jet flights and 10% on their ATR-operated flights. The flights is available for booking now until 24 Oct.

The Election Commission of Malaysia (SPR) announced through a press conference that the voting date for the General Election (GE15) has been set for Saturday, 19 Nov 2022.

The nomination date for candidates will be on 5 Nov whilst early voting is set for 15 Nov.
