Fire In Thailand Claims The Lives of A Family of 3 And Their 12 Pets

A tremendous fire destroyed a house in Thailand and claimed the lives of a family of three: a couple, and their infant son as well as 12 pets, reported The Thaiger.

On 15th November 2022 at 1 am, firefighters in Pruksa Village Khlong 8 in the Thanya Buri district were notified of a house that caught fire in the neighborhood.

The entire single-story home was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrive. It took around an hour to put out the fire.

Officers discovered the remains of a 43-year-old man, a 40-year-old woman, and a 1-year-old boy in the bathroom. In addition, the corpses of eleven cats and one dog were also discovered in the house.

The house was secured with iron bars, which may have prevented the family from escaping at times. Police and firefighters are collaborating to determine the cause of the incident.

A neighbor informed the police that the fire began around midnight. The neighbor heard a loud noise and then rushed outside to investigate.

She stated that she noticed a fire within the residence. And, anticipated that the couple and their son had been entrapped.

She also stated that the man was an air-conditioner technician, thus it is possible that the equipment in the house acted as fuel for the fire and caused it to spread rapidly.
