Yesterday, the Malaysian Space Agency (MYSA) announced that we would be seeing a moon eclipse. Many people were excited as the phenomenon only occurs once in a blue moon. Not only that, but Malaysians were also able to see the moon’s eclipse at different phases.
According to MYSA, the public could see the eclipse starting at 5:09 p.m. until 8:49 p.m. However, certain places in Malaysia rained yesterday. Thus, the moon was not able to be seen by many. Interestingly, those who did not get the chance to see the eclipse can see the moon from the photos shared by @muabellaz.
On her TikTok account, she recorded a video of her capturing the moon eclipse. Many were amazed by the beauty of the moon that night and thanked @muabellaz for capturing the moment. See what people said:
Aside from that, people are also amazed by the camera that could capture such high-quality photos. Many asked for the brand of the camera. @muabellaz used Nikon.
Many people were blinded by the moon’s beauty, and they did not even notice the camera stand @muabellaz was using. It was a human head!
She shared the photos of the eclipse on Facebook.
Besides @muabellaz, others have also shared photos of the eclipse on social media, including MYSA. MYSA captured all eight phases of the eclipse. Take a look at the eclipse below:
What a beauty! For those who did not catch the ‘blood moon’ lunar eclipse with their own eyes, there is always next time!
