World’s Largest Pokémon Collection Failed To Sell In An Auction

In October, the world’s largest collection of Pokémon was reported to be under the hammer. The collection which consists of 20,000 items was amassed by a superfan of Pokémon for more than 25 years.

The owner and the seller of the Pokémon collection spent years collecting but decided to put her treasure for sale for financial reasons. However, she would still keep some items to herself before deciding to auction the rest.

According to the Auction House, the collection was a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own the single largest collection of Pokémon memorabilia that has ever come to the market”.
