Sometimes, we might feel unmotivated to do things. Especially if we have the ‘lose weight’ in our New Year’s resolution. We said to ourselves, “this year, I will lose weight and get the ideal body shape of my dreams!” We fantasised about the clothes we could finally wear when we lost a few kilos and what clothes we could shop for.
Although we realise it is for our health, when life gets a bit tiring, it is hard to compartmentalise our time for that one activity that will help us achieve it. Yes, it is the torturous ‘exercise‘.

Weirdly, if our friends invite us to hang out at mamak or eat instant noodles while watching tv, we are quick to say yes. Why is it so hard to start exercising? Perhaps, we lack motivation.

Some of the diseases obese cats can have are osteoarthritis (erosion of cartilage), hip dysplasia (the femoral head of a cat’s thigh bone does not fit properly into a socket at the lower end of the animal’s hip bone) and diabetes mellitus (insufficient production of or insulin response).
Hence, their owners decide to create a regime for their cats. Some make a harness so they can take their cats on a walk.
