Influencer Imran Bard Is Not Ashamed of His ‘Kancil’ Despite Getting Criticism

Imran Bard, an influencer, as we all know, drives a ‘Perodua Kancil.’ In a video shared by a TikTok user @kucengnanges, Imran Bard shows his proudness of owning a ‘Kancil,’ a Malaysian product. Malaysia has produced many things that have made Malaysians proud. However, some people out there like to belittle people who used Malaysian products.

Perodua Kancil is a type of car that was first introduced in the 90s. Therefore, those people might think that old cars are out of style, and because it is from Malaysia, they might be cheap.

Our Malaysians like to praise cars from abroad like, Honda, Mitsubishi, and more. Little that they know, cars are just cars. They are created to help you travel to a certain place.

Imran Bard advised people not to be ashamed of what they own. Even though he drives ‘just’ a Kancil, he is proud of his car. According to him, his car is a ‘turbo’ type. Thus, on highways, he often drives in the right lane, which means his car can move fast just like other cars.

He wondered why people like to judge other people. We live in a materialistic society. Thus, people only look at what we have instead of what is in our hearts.

Lastly, the influencer said, “You do you, sis.”

Do not mind other people, and just be yourself!
