If you do not know Datuk Lee Chong Wei, you are not Malaysian enough. Lee is a former Malaysian badminton player that has made Malaysia proud in many ways with his badminton skills.
Yesterday, Lee posted a picture of him with one of the Got7 members, Jackson Wang! Wang was in Malaysia having his solo concert.

The picture was posted on Lee’s Instagram, where now, the picture was filled with ‘jealous’ comments from fans.
What is more interesting about the picture is the caption written by Lee.
It is written, “Two ex-Olympians, I held a racquet, he held “a sword”. I now hold baby boys, he holds microphones. One of the most talented people I have ever met.”
Wait, what? Of course, many of Wang’s fans have known this. But for those who do not know yet, this singer used to be a fencer! How cool is that? Interestingly, both of his parents were also athletes. His father was a fencer for China’s national team, while his mother was a national team gymnast in the 80s. You know what they say, “It runs in the blood.”
As for Lee, he retired from playing badminton in 2019. Thus, instead of holding a racquet, he spends his time with his wife and their three sons. The newest member of the family was just born in late November.
No matter what Lee and Wang are doing now, their fans will always support them. They have made their country proud of them and still are.
