Nothing Is ‘Too Late’, A Mother In Her Late 50s Finally Realises Her Hidden Talent

Dreams know no age. Talent can be developed. It’s unlimited and unrestricted. Who says you can’t chase your dreams after you reach a certain age? Although we know some think they’re already too old to be passionate about their hopes and dreams, most certainly they aren’t. Remember, age is just a number.

How cool is it when you can finally do the things you’ve always wanted to try, even when you’ve aged? Isn’t that the coolest thing ever?

Everything happens for a reason. Our life story has its time stamps. When the time and place are right, it’ll happen. No matter how hard we try, it isn’t meant to be— it won’t be. Therefore, we just have to let it flow accordingly.

And that’s exactly what happened to Jack Callil’s mother. Her story will surely inspire you to try and be confident in yourself!

Realising her undiscovered talent despite being in her 50s

Jack’s mother started painting in her late 50s. Surprisingly, she has never done it before, but the result is mind-blowing. Look at her paintings: is she for real? She has never done it before, but she could paint these?

We aren’t knowledgeable in art and craft, but she sure has a natural knack for geometric painting!

According to Jack, it took a lot of convincing to make his mother realise the talent she has is unordinary. She definitely has the golden hands to make art come to life in her paintings.

Well, with the help of genuine and enthusiastic art appreciators, she’s getting a flood of people requesting to buy her prints!

Jack has set up an Instagram and email account for his mother’s art. If you’re interested, send them a DM. You might be the lucky one.

So, it’s okay if you have dreams stored in a box for now. When the time is right, it’ll happen. We root for you!
