The city of Shah Alam reverberated with music, merriment, and culinary delights as the much-anticipated KEPCI Music Fest made its triumphant debut at the Melawati Indoor Stadium on Saturday, August 26, 2023. In conjunction with KFC’s grand 50th-anniversary celebration, the festival delivered an unforgettable experience that united Malaysians through music, culture, and, of course, finger-lickin’ good food.

The KEPCI Music Fest, a brainchild of KFC’s commitment to fostering community and celebrating the nation’s rich heritage, brought together legendary musicians and talented local artists to create a musical tapestry that resonated with the hearts of thousands in attendance.

The festival’s stage was graced by music luminaries such as Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza, Amy Search, Misha Omar, and the electrifying Budak Nakal Hujung Simpang, among other home-grown talents. Their performances ignited the crowd, leaving them spellbound and yearning for more.

The event was made even more special by the presence of the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his wife Datuk Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail who were enthralled by the impressive artist line-up.
