Mercedes-Benz Malaysia And Asbenz Unveil A New Autohaus With The Latest Luxury Retail Standard In Langkawi, Offering Exclusivity And Luxurious Top End Models For Its Customers.

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Asbenz together unveiled its latest Autohaus to date in Langkawi, marking a significant milestone as they extend their rich history of 20 years in Kedah. The new Autohaus features the brand’s latest luxury retail standards, catering to an exclusive clientele with a penchant for luxury and top-end vehicles in this island.

The Autohaus, covering 15,696 sq ft of showroom and amenity spaces, is a comprehensive one-stop auto center situated on a vast 38,323 sq ft plot of land. It features amenities such as the Star Lounge and access to Mercedes-Benz lifestyle collection. Together, they create an all-encompassing luxury experience for customers. This Langkawi expansion also provides customers exclusive access to the brand’s premium vehicle models including the Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach, and Mercedes-Benz G-Class with attractive duty-free prices.

Asbenz’s new Autohaus has up to 10 fully equipped work bays, meticulously designed to accommodate the servicing needs of up to 70 vehicles within a single month. Scheduled service maintenance and major repairs are carried out by Mercedes-Benz certified trained technicians ensuring quality of service for all customers.

The Autohaus is also ready to serve the brand’s Mercedes-EQ customers with on-site charging facilities demonstrating its dedication to the future of mobility. Other service differentiation offerings range from Express Service 2.0, door to door service, drop & go, online booking, DSDPay, maintenance service and care package, unit repairs and electrical diagnosis, 24 hours roadside/emergency assistance, assistance in insurance claim processes up to approval, and insurance and road tax renewal.

To date, Asbenz has invested a total of RM15million overall including the latest RM2million investment to the Asbenz Langkawi Autohaus. It currently operates a total of four Autohaus located in Kedah, Pahang, and Terengganu.
