The Battle Begins This Week: Malaysian PUBG MOBILE Stars to Collide in PUBG MOBILE Conqueror Series Malaysia Summer with POCO Malaysia as the Official Smartphone Partner

Get ready to cheer, Malaysian PUBG MOBILE fans! The PUBG MOBILE Conqueror Series (PMCS) Malaysia Summer is set to ignite the scene from June 14th to July 7th, 2024.

This highly anticipated tournament is made possible in part by POCO Malaysia, the official smartphone partner of PMCS Malaysia Summer. POCO Malaysia, with their latest powerhouse POCO F6 Series, is dedicated to empowering mobile gamers with the cutting-edge technology they need to dominate the competition. This partnership underscores the commitment to fostering a thriving Malaysian esports scene and providing a platform for aspiring players to chase their professional dreams.

The PMCS Malaysia Summer offers a unique opportunity for talented individuals from all walks of life to showcase their skills and potentially become the next esports stars. The four-week league format features a manageable schedule with just three competition days per week, each packed with six intense matches.

A total of 16 teams will compete in the league, four Invited Partnership teams, four Invited teams from the PUBG MOBILE National Championship (PMNC) 2023, and the remaining eight teams are from the qualifying rounds. Four prestigious Partner Teams have received direct invitations: Alliance Maven, SEM9 Academy, Crit VIP Academy, and Todak Squad. Their experience and prowess are sure to be a force to be reckoned with.

Adding to the mix are four formidable teams invited based on their stellar performance in the PUBG MOBILE National Championship (PMNC) 2023: 1000C Movista, Homebois, GamesMY 24, and DX Ravenwood. These seasoned veterans will undoubtedly bring their A-game to the table.

The remaining teams from the qualifying rounds include WGMia, PEA, Error, Vokey Esports, Academy DH18, Sakura RS, Terengganu Esports, and Maqna Esports. These rising stars are hungry for victory and ready to prove their mettle against the established teams.

Throughout the four-week league, teams will accumulate points based on their performance in each match. The team with the highest total points at the end will be crowned the champion! The top 10 teams (excluding Partner Teams) will be fast-tracked into the prestigious PMCS Malaysia Fall, securing their place amongst the elite. The teams at the bottom, however, will be relegated to the PMCS Fall Qualifier, where they’ll have to fight their way back up through the qualifying rounds.

But the ultimate goal for many is a coveted spot in the PUBG MOBILE National Championship 2024. The top 3 teams, based on their combined points from both the PMCS Malaysia Summer and Fall, will earn the right to compete for a chance to represent Malaysia at the PUBG MOBILE Super League Southeast Asia in 2025. This is a dream come true for any aspiring professional gamer, and the competition is sure to be fierce.

Eugene Chin, Country Manager (Malaysia) of Tencent Games, expressed the company’s commitment, “This tournament is a testament to our dedication to fostering a thriving gaming community in Malaysia and providing a platform for our players who dream of becoming professional esports athletes.”
