Amanah Raya Berhad (AmanahRaya) today launched its My AmanahRaya mobile application (app) – as one of its digital initiatives to ease the public in obtaining Will Writing services. AmanahRaya Chairman Tan Sri Idrus Harun officiated at the mobile app launch, held at The Intermark Mall, also in conjunction with AmanahRaya Group’s Merdeka Month Celebration 2024.
The app has been specifically developed to facilitate the public to start their legacy planning more efficiently. It will help customers to find nearest agents, make appointments, review, confirm as well as get free advisory services on Will Writing.
“The My AmanahRaya application integrates all services into one system, thus making customer access to AmanahRaya’s products and services easier. The app is equipped with various innovative features designed to simplify legacy planning, particularly Will Writing. The public can access AmanahRaya’s services anytime, anywhere, with greater ease and speed. It also ensures that transactions are conducted in a more organised and systematic manner,” said Tan Sri Idrus.
AmanahRaya Group Managing Director, Encik Ahmad Feizal Sulaiman Khan in his speech said, “The introduction of the My AmanahRaya app is very much in line with the Malaysian government’s aspirations to drive technology and digitalization within government agencies. As the app also allows Malaysians to apply and register to become AmanahRaya agents, it will help create job opportunities and additional income for the public. As at end July 2024, a total of 1.1 million wills have been registered at AmanahRaya. In addition, more than 14,000 estate files valued at RM1.7 billion and 38,000 trust files valued at RM1.3 billion are being managed and administered by AmanahRaya.”
AmanahRaya strategic partners, corporate clients, and members of AmanahRaya Group’s management and staff attended the launch event. Also present at the event were Members of the AmanahRaya Board.
