Every Friday, Saturday and the eve of public holidays, from 6pm to 10pm, Roselle Coffee House becomes the epicentre of seafood indulgence, offering a luxurious spread that captures the very essence of the sea.

Prepare to be mesmerised by an opulent array of the finest seafood treasures, meticulously curated and masterfully prepared by its talented culinary team. From succulent slipper lobsters and seasonal oysters to a variety of fresh sashimi, the buffet promises a multi-sensory dining experience that is as exquisite as it is unforgettable.

Indulge in the “Seafood Extravaganza” as you savour the freshness of the sea with offerings such as tiger prawns, white clams, half-shell scallops and mussels. For lovers of Japanese cuisine, the sashimi and sushi selections will transport you straight to the shores of Japan. The “Frito Misto Bites” section features an assortment of deep-fried delights including oysters, soft-shell crabs, calamari and tempura prawns, paired with tantalizing sauces that will leave your taste buds craving more.

The buffet also features a diverse range of international and local cuisines, including Western delights like Roasted Lamb Chops with Eggplant Caviar, Roasted Piri Piri Chicken,  Pan Seared Salmon, Smoked Duck Breast, Lobster Bisque, Slow Roast Beef Striploin, Braised Beef Oxtail, freshly made pasta and pizzas; Asian specialities like Singapore Chili Crab, Dim Sum, Chicken & Beef satay, Fried Carrot Cake, Penang Rojak and a Cantonese roast delicacies station; and a “Taste of India” section that offers rich, aromatic dishes like Butter Chicken and Mutton Rogan Josh, Chapati, Thosai and Roti Prata.

No meal would be complete without a sweet ending, and its dessert station is a paradise for the sweet-toothed, with offerings ranging from Dual Chocolate Verrine, Choux Craquelin and Crème Brûlée to a decadent chocolate fountain and traditional Malaysian Nyonya kuih.

This sumptuous seafood buffet is priced at RM250 nett for adults and RM150 nett for children aged 6 to 12 years old, making it the perfect way to elevate your weekend dining experience.
