HKS R35 NEO GT1000+ Concept At Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur 2024

The 2024 R35 GT-R NISMO has been reimagined to create the HKS R35 NEO GT1000+ CONCEPT which empowers the car with more than 1,000 ps (986 hp). First displayed at this year’s Tokyo Auto Salon Japan in January, this beast will be on display at Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur from 8-10 November at the Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre (MITEC).

Fully customized to “express HKS’s vision of carbon neutrality in the highest-end domestic concept car”, the HKS R35 NEO GT1000+ CONCEPT is powered by a 4255cc VR38 engine developed to bring together the best of HKS’ technology. It is based on the concept of a street version of the HKS R35 GT1000+ used in time attack.

The car is equipped with a newly developed high-volume turbo, exhaust system, suspension, and more, proposing a package that aims for high power and legality befitting a flagship machine.

HKS R35 NEO GT1000+ Concept features newly-developed twin HKS GT5565 large capacity ball bearing turbines to produce powerful strong high end and great response. It also comes with a reinforced HKS GR6 tranmission and HKS exhaust system.

The HKS R35 NEO GT1000+ Concept sits HKS Hipermax (Proto) suspension and is fitted with ADVAN Racing GT Beyond 20×10.5J +33 alloys at the front and 20x11J +15 at the rear wrapped with 285/30R20 ADVAN A052 tyres all round.
