The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Malaysia Celebrates Deepavali with Festive-Inspired Brews, Chai-rishing Moments Together

As the lights of Deepavali illuminate homes and hearts, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Malaysia introduces festive-inspired beverages to capture the warmth, joy and togetherness that define the season. Inspired by the timeless flavors of chai, these festive brews offer a delightful twist on tradition, perfect for celebrating with loved ones.

Designed to awaken the senses, each sip is a journey through layers of spices, the warmth of vanilla and the smooth, aromatic finish of cardamom. Whether enjoyed hot or iced, these beverages create a comforting, indulgent experience that complements the radiant spirit of Deepavali, making each moment shared over a cuppa even more speciale

“This Deepavali, we wanted to create a unique way for our customers to celebrate the season by combining the richness of tradition with the innovation our brand is known for. These offerings are a tribute to the flavors of the season and a way to bring people together, enhancing the joy of shared moments. This represents our commitment to celebrating the community and the unique moments that festivals like Deepavali brings. We hope that through these seasonal beverages, people can sip into the warmth of the season, creating lasting memories with those who matter most,” says Datuk M. Amar Shah, DPSM, Managing Director of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Malaysia.

The festive offerings include the Karak Chai, available hot or iced (small RM17, regular RM18) and Karak Chai Ice Blended® (small RM17, regular RM18). Paying homage to the traditional Karak Chai, known for its rich tea base and bold spices, these beverages are elevated with creamy vanilla and topped with cardamom whipped cream, creating a symphony of flavors that evoke the warmth of Deepavali.

For those in search of an indulgent experience, the Chocolate Chai, available hot or iced (small RM17, regular RM18) and Chocolate Chai Ice Blended® (small RM17, regular RM18) offers a decadent twist that is bound to enchant. This luxurious blend combines the smooth richness of chocolate with the aromatic spices of chai, creating a velvety drink that enhances any celebration.

Completing the festive experience are two exciting new additions to the menu – the Tandoori Chicken Sandwich, infused with aromatic spices and the Mango Lassi Cake, a delightful dessert that offers a refreshing sweetness. Each of these dishes goes hand-in-hand with the vibrant seasonal beverages, fostering moments of connection and sharing. Available from 2nd October, these Deepavali-inspired beverages are a flavorful way to celebrate the season, combining the essence of tradition with the creativity and passion of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Malaysia.
