The Peak Fitness outlet in Exchange 106 is set to offer an unmatched experience for everyone from beginners to advanced fitness aficionados. One of its  standout features is the ice bath, a Cold Water Therapy facility that is only available at this Premier outlet.

On Saturdays the outlet is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., providing flexibility for individuals who like to workout at a more relaxed pace.  Lastly, on Sundays and public holidays the outlet is open from 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m.
