A Culinary Journey to Remember

From 3 to 26 March 2025, guests can embark on an extraordinary dining experience, available daily from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. The buffet, meticulously curated to showcase an extensive array of Malaysian favourites alongside international delights, features an impressive lineup of culinary stations, including:

  • Seafood on Ice: A refreshing display of baby lobsters, tiger prawns, New Zealand mussels and more, accompanied by tangy condiments.
  • Japanese Section: An artful selection of assorted maki rolls, nigiri sushi and vibrant salads.
  • Local Appetisers, Salads & Savouries: A tribute to traditional recipes with dishes such as Gado Gado, tempeh goreng, and a variety of kerabu.
  • Specialised Stations: From the zesty charcoal grill  and aromatic tempura station to a decadent carving station featuring a roasted whole lamb – there is something to tempt every palate.
  • Local, Asian & International Delights: A rich variety of classic and contemporary flavours with specialties including Roti John, Nasi Biryani, Singapore Chili Crab, Ikan Tiga Rasa, Rendang Daging, Bubur Lambuk, Roasted Duck and more
  • Desserts and Beyond: A lavish array of sweets, ice creams, and beverages to complete this epicurean adventure.
