35 women. 4 days. 1 goal: Move, feel, heal.
From July 21–24, ASICS brought together a powerhouse group of women from across Southeast Asia for their second-ever Regional Women’s Retreat, this time at the dreamy RXV Wellness Village in Thailand. Think sunrise runs, flower mandalas, hydrotherapy, and sweat-breaking push-up challenges all in the name of Sound Mind, Sound Body.
This isn’t just a feel-good getaway. It’s part of ASICS’ bigger mission: to close the gender exercise gap and get more women moving not just for the body, but for the mind too.
So, what went down?
The retreat kicked off with a sunrise run (yes, before coffee) led by ASICS Global Frontrunners and ultra-marathoner Natalie Dau. From there, the vibes went full zen with ‘Let Go’ and Crystal Mandala ceremonies designed to help guests ditch doubt and reconnect with themselves.

And yes, the retreat served lewks too cue the launch of the brand’s AW25 NAGINO™ collection, designed by women, for women. Comfort-first, confidence-louder.

ASICS isn’t just talking the talk. They’re building a whole community with the ASICS Women’s Club, giving women a safe space to move, share, and show up fully.
As Sin Ting Low, ASICS Asia’s Marketing Associate Director, puts it:
“This retreat is proof of our commitment to women’s physical and mental wellness. Together, we’re creating a ripple of positivity.”
