The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has officially launched the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 and Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 SUV tires at the Tokyo Auto Salon Kuala Lumpur (TASKL) 2025, where Goodyear is serving as the official tyre partner.
Celebrating 45 years of the Eagle F1 legacy, the new Asymmetric 6 range delivers championship-winning performance to everyday drivers, blending motorsport-inspired handling with everyday comfort. The Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 SUV edition extends this innovation to premium SUVs, offering superior braking, wet and dry grip, and exceptional comfort, now compatible with select electric vehicle (EV) models.

The Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 series continues Goodyear’s award-winning tradition, known since its 1980 debut for pushing boundaries in performance and innovation. The SUV variant leverages cutting-edge tread compounds and adaptive contact technology to maximise grip and control in diverse driving conditions.

The launch takes place at TASKL 2025 from 8–10 August at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur. Modeled after the iconic Tokyo Auto Salon in Japan, the event attracted over 90,000 visitors in 2024, and promises an even bigger audience this year.
