The Taiwanese milk tea brand is opening its first Malaysian outlet at IOI City Mall 2, with 1,000 free drink-and-donut sets up for grabs.

Taiwanese milk tea brand TRUEDAN is officially opening its first Malaysian outlet at IOI City Mall 2 this September and it’s celebrating with free drinks and donuts.
On 5 and 6 September 2026, TRUEDAN will be giving away 500 sets each day from 12pm onwards, with 1,000 sets available across the two-day celebration.
Each giveaway set comes with:
- 1 Meteoric Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea with Taiwanese Jelly
- 1 Taiwanese Crispy Milk Donut
It’s first come, first served, so once the treats are gone, they’re gone.

If you’re heading down on 5 September, there’s an extra reason to swing by.

From Shilin Night Market to Malaysia
Originally from Taiwan’s famous Shilin Night Market, TRUEDAN has grown to nearly 80 outlets worldwide, including in London.
The brand is known for its signature shaved Meteoric Brown Sugar and handmade Taiwanese jelly. Instead of using powdered brown sugar, TRUEDAN shaves whole brown sugar blocks fresh to release their aroma, pairing them with freshly made Taiwanese jelly for added texture.
Now, Malaysian milk tea lovers will finally get to try it for themselves.
