Mbappe was totally in his true form as he helped Paris Saint-Germain advance to the Coupe de France final with a 5-1 victory over Lyon.
The World Cup winner extended his net worth in all competitions to 30 goals in this easy match after Fernando Marcal was sent off before Neymar put the French champions ahead in second-half with a penalty.
The loss ended a five-game winning streak for Lyon, including a 1-0 win over Juventus in the Champions League and Saint Etienne in Ligue 1.
“Mbappe’s been very strong these last few weeks. He had a tough time in Dortmund playing in a different position. It was difficult for him against Dortmund,” said PSG operator Thomas Tuchel.

Mbappe equalized with a simple push just three minutes after Martin Terrier opened the scoring for the hosts in the 11th minute. The 21-year-old also sparked a move that resulted in a 64-minute penalty kick.
Mbappe then added a solo result as the game lasted 20 minutes. Pablo Sarabia scored the fourth goal for PSG 11 minutes later and Mbappe completed a hat-trick in the stoppage time.
