Does this popular seasoning brand contain pork?

In the video, the person warned not to buy some spices from a famous brand found in many local Malaysian supermarkets.
They said, “Some of the seasonings contain pork.”
We started to be wary because we use these spices at home. To Muslims, pork is one of the haram ingredients that we can never eat. If a food or ingredient contains pork or anything similar, we can’t purchase them.
However, we can’t simply believe everything we see these days. Therefore, when we look closely, it’s not ‘this spice contains pork‘ but ‘use on (…) pork‘!
Oh, no. This person got everything wrong.
To clarify, these seasonings don’t have pork in them. Instead, it can be used to marinate your proteins like chicken, beef or fish and pork too!
After inspecting the list of ingredients, there is no sign of pork. Thus, we can say it’s safe and Muslim-friendly!
