Special Signature Ramadan Dish
At the centerpiece of the buffet, guests will enjoy Slow Roasted Marinated Ground Beef, masterfully prepared with homestyle spices and aromatic paste. Crafted with 70% premium ground meat, 20% fat and 10% plant-based ingredients, it is paired with fermented sour cabbage, chili-garlic sauce, egg mayonnaise, popiah cheese chips and black pepper sauce for a rich and layered flavor experience.
