A few days ago, the National Blood Center has stated that they are looking for individuals with negative blood to donate as the stock of blood supply is declining in Malaysia.
It was posted on the National Blood Center Facebook page. If you have blood A negative, B negative, O negative and AB negative, you are asked to donate to a blood donation center here or to a static blood collection center in the Klang Valley and Putrajaya as below:
1. National Blood Center, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400, Kuala Lumpur.
Operation hours:
– Mon-Fri: 7.30am – 8.00pm
– Saturday-Sunday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
2. Midvalley Donation Suite, Mid Valley Mega Mall, Lot 063, Level 3 (Mezzanine), Next to Daiso
Operation hours:
– Mon – Sun: 10am – 9am
3. Puspanita Blood Donation Suite, Puspanitapuri, Lot PT 2280-2283 Persiaran Seri Perdana, Precint 10 Putrajaya
Operation hours:
– Mon – Sun: 10am – 6pm
Blood donors for a positive blood group can also continue to donate to meet the ongoing demand for blood supply and to maintain a good level of blood supply.
