3) “Supalonely” by Benee feat. Gus Dapperton

“Supalonely” is a song made proudly by a New Zealand named Benee and featuring an American singer named Gus Dapperton. This song was a song that was released in the year of 2019 but did not get that much attention to be a very well-known song. After this song has been a viral hit on the online video-sharing platform TikTok, it gained immense popularity specifically in March 2020. Because of that. it gains more than 6.9 billion plays for the month. This song also becomes famous because of those who resonated with the song’s themes at the height of the situation of COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns, which were ongoing at the time of the song’s popularization.

4) “The Last Great American Dynasty” by Taylor Swift

“The Last Great American Dynasty” is a hit song recorded by an American singer-songwriter named Taylor Swift. This song is the third track on her eighth studio album titled “Folklore” that was released on 24th July of 2020. It is classified as an uptempo alternative tune propelled by percussions, slide guitar and also strings. This song that is sung from a third-person perspective, tells the story of an American socialite that is Rebekkah Harkness, one of the wealthiest women in United States history, who previously owned Swift’s Rhode Island estate, and draws parallels between the singer’s and Harkness’s lives.

This particular song features a melancholy tone but also maintains very high energy through its instrumental, with Dave speaking about the remaining strong through vulnerable moments in your life and embracing your own vulnerability.
