Based on the advice of the Ministry of Health Malaysia, the National Security Council Meeting agreed to implement the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) throughout the state of Selangor, the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya from 12.01 am on October 14 until October 27, 2020.
The matter was announced by Dato ‘Ismail Sabri Yaacob in a live broadcast of the National Security Council press conference just now. Among the activities that are not allowed are crossing the district except working outside the district and need to show an employee letter from the employer.
Only two people are allowed to go out to buy necessities. All social activities, educational activities, religious activities, and social gatherings are not allowed.
According to Ismail, schools, universities, nurseries, mosques, and houses of worship were also closed.
