RON95 And RON97 Prices Down 4 Cents Starting Midnight

The Ministry of Finance Malaysia today updated the retail prices for petroleum products for the period 10 October to 16 October 2020.

Through a media release released via the official Twitter account, the retail price of RON97 petrol dropped by 4 sen per liter from RM2.01 per liter to RM1.97 per liter. Meanwhile, the retail price of RON95 petrol also decreased by 4 sen liters from RM1.71 per liter to RM1.67 per liter.

Apart from that, the retail price for diesel oil was also reported to have dropped by 1 sen per liter from RM1.70 per liter to RM1.69 per liter.

In this regard, the government will continue to monitor the impact of changes in world crude oil prices and take appropriate measures to ensure the welfare and well-being of the people are protected.
