Step-by-Step Guide on How to Verify The Halal Status Online

For Muslims, it is a daily challenge to locate goods or food facilities that have earned Halal certificates properly. We can always ask, of course, but asking can also be challenging sometimes. In addition, not every eatery or product properly flashes its Halal stickers. What would you do, then?

Did you know that there is an easy way to verify the Halal status online? Well, here’s an easy guide on how to verify the Halal status online.

1. First, you go to Halal Malaysia’s Official Portal here.

2. Select which state you are currently in at the top of the page.

3. Choose the food premises category.

4. Type in the name of the store, and there you go!

If the results aren’t showing somehow, you can go to the button where they have already listed the halal premises in your chosen area.

Through these simple steps, it could make your day out with friends or family in a new area, or to try out different restaurants, much easier and trust-worthy.

We as Muslims are one community, so let’s all share and ease other people’s troubles too!
