The Eiffel Tower is actually a wrought-iron lattice tower on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France. It is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower. Locally it got nicknamed as “La dame de fer”, the word French for “Iron Lady”, it was constructed from 1887 to 1889 as the entrance to the 1889 World’s Fair and was initially criticized by some of France’s leading artists and intellectuals for its design, but it has become a global cultural icon of France and one of the most recognizable structures in this particular world.

Little did many people in this whole wide world know, there are also other places in Asia that you can visit to witness the one and only majestic Eiffel Tower with your own eyes even if you do not have the chance to go to Paris. 1) Tobu World Square

Tobu World Square is a theme park containing over a hundred 1:25 scale models of famous buildings. It is located in Tochigi, Japan. The Eiffel Tower there was built in the height of 12m. Other than that, it is also finished in 1993.

2) Bahria Town

Bahria Town Lahore in Pakistan has an Eiffel Tower that was built with a height of 80m. It is nearly 100 feet taller than the Minar-e-Pakistan. As one of the world’s most iconic images, the Eiffel Tower has inspired over 30 duplicates and related towers around the world to be built. Most aren’t exact replicas, though there’s a number like that.

3) Tianducheng

Construction at Tianducheng in Zhejiang, China began around the year of 2007. Its central feature is 108m replica of the Eiffel Tower that got finished built in the year of 2007 too and 31 km2 of Parisian-style architecture, fountains and landscaping. It opened in 2007, and can accommodate more than 10,000 residents.

The Parisian Macao that is specifically located in Cotai, Macau features a 150m of Eiffel Tower replica as one of its landmarks. The property has approximately 2,700 hotel rooms, 170 shops and 56,000 square feet of meeting space.
