Video of Dog Detection Unit (K9) Taking A Break, Caught Malaysians Attention

A video that shows the Dog Detection Unit (K9) team taking a break has gone viral recently. The Batang Kali landslide tragedy that happened on 16 December resulted in 94 people being trapped under the collapsed slope, and mostly the victims were the campers from the farm. As of now, the death toll has reached 30 people, while four more bodies were recently found, stated BERNAMA today.

Moreover, the search and rescue mission in Batang Kali is still rapidly happening. Many parties are trying their utmost best to help the family’s victims that are hopefully waiting for a miracle to happen.

Not only people but animals are also actively helping JBPM and others in this taxing mission. Like humans, animals are also tired when they are constantly working.

A video has gone viral on TikTok shows the Dog Detection Unit (K9) team, taking a break after working tirelessly to find victims involved in a recent landslide incident.

Blake needs plenty of rest

After diligently helping out with the mission, tiredness consumed Blake and his friends. They were all sitting, resting and sleeping to recuperate.

The director of JBPM Selangor, Datuk Norazam, said Blake has no injuries, thankfully. However, he needed ample rest due to fatigue.

Additionally, many Malaysians voice their gratitude for these hardworking friends.

Some wish the government would give Blake and his team a medal, prize or bonus to monumentalise their hard work.

We can’t thank Blake and the rest enough for their contribution. They are surely one of the heroes we will always remember.

They did the best there could to assist the rescue mission. We send our warmest gratitude to these K9 dogs for their unrelenting spirit. We hope they will get as much rest as they want.
