Starbucks x Tourism Malaysia Brew Up a Collab for Visit Malaysia 2026

Big news for caffeine lovers and travel junkies: Starbucks Malaysia and Tourism Malaysia just linked up to hype up Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026).

Think limited-edition tumblers, drinks with bold local twists, and food that screams “Malaysian nostalgia,” all wrapped in that iconic Starbucks vibe.

The theme? “Surreal Experiences.” Picture sipping a latte under the gaze of Wira and Manja, the two Malayan sun bear mascots of VM2026. Cute, right?

Here’s what’s dropping:

  • Oct 2025 → Limited-edition tumblers (first at Starbucks Reserve Shoppes @ Four Seasons, then airport + select stores), plus new handcrafted drinks inspired by local flavors.
  • 2026 → A “bungkus” style food menu (yes, think kopitiam nostalgia but make it Starbucks), Visit Malaysia 2026 Starbucks Cards, and plushie keychains of Wira & Manja (instant collectible alert).

And that’s not all. Next year, expect quarterly collabs with local artists, revamped flagship stores turned into cultural hangouts, and more releases to keep the campaign buzzing till 2026.

Tourism Malaysia’s Director General, Datuk Manoharan Periasamy, called it “a way to blend iconic branding with Malaysian flavour,” while Berjaya Food Berhad Group CEO, Dato’ Sydney Quays, said Starbucks is “bringing the Starbucks Experience into the surreal VM2026 journey.”

Basically: it’s coffee meets culture, global brand meets local pride. And if you’re into travel, merch, or just need your daily caffeine fix, this collab is about to be your jam.
