Step Into a Dream: LEGO® Unveils Asia’s First Botanical Glasshouse at Pavilion KL

Imagine walking into a glasshouse where every bloom, petal, and leaf is crafted entirely from LEGO® bricks. It sounds like something out of a dream and now, you can live it.

The LEGO Group has officially unveiled Asia’s first LEGO® Botanical Glasshouse at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, an enchanting pop-up garden inspired by the LEGO® Ideas 21353 Botanical Garden set. Open from 15 to 26 October, this immersive showcase redefines what it means to play, design, and rediscover joy.

A Garden Where Play Meets Art

Tucked beneath the Spanish Steps at Pavilion KL’s Centre Court, this vibrant installation invites visitors to “Awaken Your Joy.” Far from a simple display, it’s a living art experience designed to help city dwellers slow down, reconnect with beauty, and find serenity through creativity.

Every corner of the LEGO® Botanical Glasshouse is a visual wonder from the 3D pink rose sculpture that greets visitors at the entrance, to the tranquil LEGO® Bonsai Garden where fan-built masterpieces line the walls. There’s even a floral throne and JOY photo corner, surrounded by brick-built blooms begging for an Instagram shot.

The glasshouse also features dazzling LEGO® Fountains and diorama displays, lovingly built by local LEGO fan communities. Guests can even join hands-on floral workshops to create their own brick bouquets, a gift that never wilts.

Where Fashion Meets LEGO® Creativity

In a stylish twist, the LEGO Group has teamed up with the Malaysian Official Designers’ Association (MODA) to bring LEGO blooms from the glasshouse to the runway.

The LEGO® Botanicals Fashion Show, held on 16 October, saw 23 Malaysian designers including Fiziwoo, Melinda Looi, Tangoo, Celest Thoi, and Arlina Ayou — debut stunning ensembles adorned with delicate LEGO floral embellishments. Supermodel Amber Chia opened the show, walking in a breathtaking piece that fused couture with playful craftsmanship.

These unique designs, each an ode to creativity and individuality, will be on display until 26 October, inviting shoppers to experience the fusion of art, design, and imagination up close.

A Bloom for Every Mood

The centrepiece of the glasshouse, a giant pink LEGO rose, takes inspiration from the newly launched LEGO® 10374 Botanical Bouquet of Pink Roses, a softer, romantic twist on the brand’s classic red blooms. The LEGO Botanicals Collection now includes favourites like the Wildflower Bouquet, Hibiscus, and Japanese Red Maple Bonsai Tree, each celebrating nature’s beauty in vibrant, sustainable style.

A Message of Joy and Mindfulness

“This marks the debut of our first-ever LEGO® Botanical Glasshouse in Asia, and our first LEGO® Botanical-themed fashion showcase,” said Nina Patricia Da Costa, General Manager of Singapore, Malaysia, and APAC Travel Retail, The LEGO Group.
“Through these experiences, we hope to inspire adults to rediscover creativity, playfulness, and joy in everyday life.”

Perfect for families, couples, and anyone needing a moment of calm, the LEGO® Botanical Glasshouse is an invitation to slow down, smile, and reconnect one brick and one bloom at a time.
