It’s better to take a shower with warm water
Dr. Bela Sharma, Additional Director, Internal Medicine, at Fortis Memorial Research Institute said that “taking a warm shower over a period of time is better because it helps if you are tired and/or having muscular pain”. According to her, warm water can help your muscles to relax and also relieve backache pain.
