A Leather Bag Specifically Made For Carrying Watermelon By A Japanese Designer

It seems that there is no need to take it downstream to lift heavy watermelon fruit after buying it at the supermarket. The famous brand of handbags in Japan, Tsuchiya Kaban has designed a special bag for placing watermelons.

But this is not just a bag to transport watermelon, the design of this tote bag is very meticulous to ensure it looks elegant and luxurious for anyone who wears it.

It uses brown leather fabric that gives a hint of luxury and exclusive. Designed by Yusuke Kadoi, the special bag release is part of the ‘The Fun of Carrying’ project that encourages their fashion designers to go beyond imagination and habit.

According to Yusuke, the decision in producing this watermelon bag is that it is his favorite fruit every time before summer in Japan. The bag is round in shape and has a handle and can hold a watermelon of different sizes.

This is because Yusuke himself has measured the circumference of the fruit so that the bag can be adjusted properly. Although the bag is reportedly not for sale many expressed interest in buying it because of its unique and luxurious shape.
