1) Akok Kedut
This might be the famous kuih from Kelantan. This is because everyone would instantly know the origin of this kuih every time people talk about akok kedut. The appearance of it is surely not that extravagant but you will surely be addicted to it once you taste it. This kuih is generally made with a sweet taste to it. You will definitely not be having just one of this particular kuih. Not just Kelantanese but people all over the country love to eat this one.
2) Cek Mek Molek
The name of this kuih sounded very cute. Plus, the appearance also is petite to look at. Not something new, this kuih would also taste sweet and that is why so many Kelantanese love to eat it. It is usually made by using sweet potato dough and the thing that makes it delicious is going to be the sugar that got stuffed into it. This kuih is easy to make.
3) Sira Labu
The recipe of sira is widely used in Kelantanese kuih. Other than sira labu, there is also a choice of sira pisang. To make this kuih, people would use pumpkin that is cut into chunks. 6) Puteri Mandi
This kuih has a very bright color to it and the taste is also delicious and sweet. The ingredients needed to make this kuih is just glutinous rice flour and also wheat flour. The taste is elevated by coating the kuih with palm sugar syrup.
7) Jala Emas
Even though this kuih looks simple but the effort to make it is actually so tedious. Many people would usually just eat the yellow strings as it is because that is how it is usually eaten. Back in the olden times, this kuih would usually get served during a wedding ceremony.
