MOH Urges People To Not Believe In Fake News Spreading On Whatsapp

The spread of false news or information is very dangerous because it is easily spread with the current technology, especially on social media.

Especially with the current situation where we are all working to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic throughout Malaysia.

Through a post on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), it is said that some false statements spread in the Whatsapp application.

“You are prohibited from spreading any unauthentic news because it will confuse the public. As a result, authentic information from the MOH is not fully accepted,” said the MOH.

People are reminded to be more careful and not easily believe in these fake news, especially on social media. Here are some fake statements that spread in the Whatsapps application:
